Multi-store license

This policy sets out the conditions under which a single Sansec license may cover multiple production stores. Non-production stores (staging, development, QA and similar) are always included in every Sansec license. Multi-store coverage is available from the Enterprise 100 plan and above.

Conditions for multi-store coverage

A single license covers multiple production stores only when all of the following conditions are met:

1. Single legal entity. All covered stores must be owned and operated by the same legal entity or business unit. Parent, sister and subsidiary companies do not qualify and require their own license.
2. Combined revenue within the plan threshold. The cumulative online GMV of all covered stores must not exceed the annual online GMV threshold of the chosen plan (for example, EUR 100M for Enterprise 100, EUR 200M for Enterprise 200).
3. Single team, single dashboard. The product is designed to be used by a single team. All covered stores are managed from a single dashboard.

Scope of a license

A multi-store license has no limit on the number of application servers and works perfectly fine on cluster/containerized environments.

Enterprise license tiers are based on combined online GMV (EUR):

Stores below the Enterprise 100 threshold, or operated by separate legal entities, require a separate license per store.

Forensic investigations and cleanups

Forensic investigations and cleanups are included in the multi-store Enterprise plans when at least one of the following conditions applies:

1. Sansec Shield and Sansec eComscan were running on the affected store during the incident.
2. No forensic investigation or cleanup has yet been conducted for the current license.

In practice, a forensic investigation is included free of charge once per license after signing up, and without limit for any store that has been actively protected by Sansec.

If a forensic investigation is required for a previously unprotected store that falls within the multi-store coverage, a separate Enterprise license is required with a minimum commitment of 12 months.
