Can I pay via SEPA direct debit?

Yes, European customers can pay using automated SEPA transactions. Advantages: less hassle, no more credit card limits.
First, contact us to request SEPA activation. You will receive a message with a link to update your payment method. Important: please verify that this is a legitimate link, by checking that it starts with sansec.chargebee.com (Chargebee is our payment provider).
Click Edit payment method
Then click (upper right) Direct Debit
Finally, enter your IBAN account number.
Your next payment will be directly debited from your bank account. You will always receive a 2-day notice ahead, and you are always able to reverse a transaction, or stop using SEPA direct debit altogether.
